If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days of receiving the order, email bargincandles@yahoo.com  You must retain the products original shipping box, and all packing materials.  It may be necessary that you return the items so that we may evaluate them for quality assurance and determination of credit.  Because candles are built to order, candle color may vary slightly between lots.  No credit will be issued for color variance.  We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to products during the shipping process.  Please consult the proper shipping services for compensation.
